Remember, you need to have submitted three oral journals before the final exam! Thursday, April 21: Cultural Cafe Brazil 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 26: Earth Fest 1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Downtown Macomb Sunday, April 27 Horn Field Nature Walk 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 30: Tech Fest 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Studying for finals? The Listening Final Exam will include two listening activities: one 5-minute authentic video and a 12-minute lecture. You will listen two times to the lecture and take notes, and then answer questions. We will watch the authentic video one time and complete a chart about the information in the video. The Speaking Final Exam will be an academic discussion. Groups of students will discuss three questions on one topic for 10-15 minutes and reach a consensus on one of the questions. There will be questions about nature v. nurture, learning styles and multiple intelligences, and graffiti and art. Listening and Speaking Final Exams will be Friday, May 2nd. |
